Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure conversation to explore your needs and see if we are a good fit.
How do I prepare for the consultation?
Just show up as you are. It helps to think briefly about what brought you in and what you hope could be different, but there is no formal preparation needed.
What if I need to reschedule?
I ask for 24 hours' notice when possible. You can reply to any confirmation email or call to reschedule.
How soon can I start?
