Questions About Downloads
Are these downloads really free?
Yes — both the Grace Pause worksheet and the Willows of Grace journal are free to download, print, and use personally. They are not a replacement for therapy, but they can be a helpful companion to it.
Do I need to sign up or provide an email address?
No. The downloads are available directly on this page with no email signup required.
Can I share these with a friend or small group?
Yes, you are welcome to share them for personal or small-group use. Please do not sell or redistribute them as your own material.
What should I do if I'm in crisis?
These tools are for reflection and coping, not crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. You can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line, or visit 988lifeline.org.
How can I use the Grace Pause worksheet?
Keep a printed copy nearby — in your bag, by your bed, or at your desk. When anxiety or shame rises, work through the four steps slowly: Pause, Notice, Receive, Respond.
Is the journal faith-based?
The journal includes prompts rooted in Christian faith and grace, but anyone is welcome to use the pages that feel most helpful to them.
Can I use these instead of coming to therapy?
These downloads are a helpful supplement, not a substitute for professional counseling. If you're in Maine and would like to work together, you can schedule a free consultation.
Will more downloads be added?
Yes — I plan to add more coping tools, Scripture reflection pages, and guided worksheets over time. Check back or visit the Resources page for updates.
What format are the files in?
All downloads are PDF files. You can open them on any device and print them at home.
How do I schedule a therapy session?
