Topics I Teach

Each topic can be delivered as a single session, a webinar, a retreat talk, or a multi-week series — and tailored to your audience. Have something else in mind? I am glad to build a session around it.

Questions About Topics & Formats

Can topics be customized?

Yes. Every topic can be shaped around your group's needs, culture, and the season your community is walking through.

How long is each session?

Single sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes. Retreat sessions can be longer or spread across several meetings.

What is the best format?

It depends on your goals. Webinars are great for broad reach; live workshops allow more interaction; retreat sessions invite reflection and rest.

Can you combine topics?

Absolutely. For example, Anxiety & Overthinking pairs well with Healthy Boundaries, and Grace Over Shame pairs beautifully with Identity & Worth.

Are topics appropriate for youth?

Many topics can be adapted for teens and young adults. Let me know your audience and I will tailor the content accordingly.

What materials are included?

Most sessions include an outline, handout, or follow-up resource so attendees leave with something they can use.

How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 4–8 weeks ahead, though some dates may be available sooner. Retreats often require more lead time.

Do you travel?

In-person workshops and retreats are available when travel expenses can be covered. Virtual events can be hosted from anywhere.

How do we choose a topic?

Tell me what your group is carrying. I will recommend topics that fit your community's needs and goals.
